We had a musician's pitch to find ideas for an original theme. The brief sheet asked for action music, and gave mainly Hollywood orchestral film music (and mentioned Bernard Herrmann), and 60's TV action series themes as references.

The pitches were quite diverse in approach and quality. But one immediately stood out, and with subsequent playings, it was obvious that it was the winner.

I met Paul shortly after and we hit it off right away. The guy is so enthusiastic and talented, and I was thrilled to work with him. I'm not sure this version is the absolute first one, but it's Paul's composition played his way. His theme influenced all the artists, and shaped every episode of the series.

Das Video ist eine spontane Idee und ist nicht groß geplant. Deshalb sind manche Audioschnitte nicht gerade der Brüller und ich habe nur mit ganz einfachen Videoschnittprogrammen gearbeitet.Das Video soll im Großen und Ganzen einen Eindruck über Bob Morane geben und auch Fans sollen sich daran erfreuen=).Lasst ein paar Kommentare da wenn ihr wollt (wie gesagt ist kein Meisterstück ;-) )

Bob Morane (version France/Belgique/Suisse - 'L'Aventurier' d'Indochine )
The Theme music for the opening was different in the France version. It was an instrumental cover of Indochine's 'L'Aventurier'.
The recording was supervised by Arthur Qwak, who also supervised the french re-edit of the visuals (only slight differences to shot timing and order) which was done to sync better with the new music.
